idealista acquires Inmovilla

Inmovilla is one of the most used real estate software technology solutions in Spain

idealistic, the leading real estate marketplace in Spain, Portugal and Italy, has closed the acquisition of immobile, one of the reference proptech in the management of real estate solutions in Spain and a leading company as a provider of real estate CRM, web pages and management tools for real estate. The total amount of the acquisition has not been made public by decision of the management bodies of both companies.

Inmovilla is based in Elche and has a team of 25 professionals who serve more than 4.000 customers in Spain. Founded in 2006 by Raul Segovia, what will continue as CEO of the company, Inmovilla will maintain its independence on a day-to-day basis and will maintain its extensive network of collaborations and integrations with the main portals and operators of the real estate sector in Spain.
